If accepted payments will be staged accordingly:
End of November 2018
Backdated progression payments for those not at the band maximum
&/OR
Back dated increase to maximum for those already at or reaching their maximum
PLUS
Any non-consolidated Top Up payment where progression is less than 3%
PLUS
£300 pensionable, non-consolidated payment compensation payment for there being no award in 2017-18
1st April 2019
Further progression payment for those at their Band maximum
&/OR
Further increase to the maximum for those already at or reaching their maximum
PLUS
Any non-consolidated Top Up payment where further progression is less than 3% in 2019-20
1st April each year
Staff below their Band maximum can expect to progress a step on the new scales until they reach their Band maximum. Negotiations will take place annually. These will include setting the value of the band maxima and each of the new pay steps, including starting pay.
