Branches/Section are invited to submit motions and nominations for Napo’s delegation to the TUC Womens' Conference, taking place from Wednesday 8 to Friday 10 March 2017, and the TUC Black Workers' Conference taking place from Friday 7 to Sunday 9 April 2017, at the TUC Congress House in London. The deadline for receipt is 12 noon on Friday 18 November 2016.
Delegation
As decided by the NEC last year, due to budgetary constraints, Napo would only send its entitled two speaking delegates to each of the Equalities Conferences, one of which might be a National Officer/Official and to not send further visitors. The Officers’ Group are proposing the same for this year.
In this case, if more than 2 nominations are received for the above Equalities Conferences the NEC will decide on the delegation members at its meeting on 29th November 2016.
Napo will meet the travel expenses of those on the delegation and provide hotel accommodation and a subsistence allowance during the Conference. The Conference provides crèche facilities and also facilities for disabled people.
Branches are asked to submit the names of their nominees on the below nomination forms.

Please note that the nomination form must be countersigned by a branch officer before being returned, together with the monitoring form, to reach Napo office by 12 noon on Friday 18 November.
