Instructions to proceed to an application for Judicial Review have now been issued. A further mail out to members will follow later today. It would be appreciated if enquiries into Chivalry Road could be kept to the absolute minimum for the next two days as Staff and Officers will be focusing on the immediate tasks relating to the application.
