"We are now three months into Grayling's so called reforms of the Probation Service so it seems like a good time to reflect on how those "teething problems" are going and see just what is at the heart of transforming rehabilitation. From Napo's perspective it is clear to us that rehabilitation seems to have been lost, if it was ever there in the first place, as the main driver for these changes and this is evidenced by Grayling's refusal to accept that the justice system is in crisis. He seems so focused on making the justice system a marketable product that he has failed to see the disaster that is starting to happen".
