Sentinel Offender Services is one of the private companies operating in the USA, which charges offenders for their own supervision and electronic tags. Napo has asked for an assurance from NOMS that offender funded Probation would never happen in this country. We will be repeating our demand for this assurance at the highest level and as publicly as possible.
