Sheffield Hallum University are leading on an evaluation of the SEEDS2 learning for Practitioners, Managers and Senior Managers/Senior Leaders and is seeking the views of staff at practitioner, middle manager and senior manager/leader grades.
A questionnaire survey focussing upon staff experiences of SEEDS2 training (where relevant), experiences of supervision and staff wellbeing has been shared with Probation Regions.
- The survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete and is based on your experiences of implementing SEEDS2, your experiences of supervision and staff well-being.
- There will be an opportunity for respondents to participate in a follow up interview by ‘opting in’ on the questionnaire survey.
- Learners from the control group PDUs who are booked on to the learning will not be required to complete a questionnaire survey.
- Learners from the control group PDUs who are not booked on to the learning will be required to complete one of the control group questionnaire surveys.
- Learners who have/have not completed SEEDS2 learning will be required to complete one of the treatment group questionnaire surveys.
The url links to each of the surveys have been shared by Regional Change Delivery Teams colleagues and will remain open until the 6th November 2024.
