Following our representations with employers and mailout report last week on health and safety in relation to the Covid crisis, we have continued to receive reports from members and reps about a worrying lack of action in some areas. It has become clear that the overly complicated guidance and RAG rating based EDMs are not working and that NPS Regional Directors and CRC Leaders are not always taking enough decisive action to protect staff, clients and communities from Covid infection. We, along with our sister trade unions, have therefore written to Amy Rees again today with our action plan for Covid safety, you can find the contents of that letter in the latest Joint Union Bulletin
