BAND 1
- All staff currently in post would reach their band maxima by 1st April 2021 – with an increase in the max worth 17%
BAND 2
- All staff who remain in post & who currently earn £19592 or more will reach their new maxima by 1st April 2021, 8 years sooner than now.
- All current staff would reach their new maxima by April 2023
BAND 3
- All staff currently earning £24313 or more will reach their new maxima by 1st April 2020, up to 11 years earlier than now.
- All staff who remain in post can expect to reach the new maxima by April 2023.
BAND 4
- All staff currently earning £32054 or more will reach their new maxima by 1st April 2020, 11 years earlier than now.
- All staff who remain in post can expect to reach the new maxima on or before 1st April 2023.
Band 5
- All staff currently at or above the mid point will reach their maxima by 1st April 2020.
- All current staff who remain in post will expect to reach the new maxima by 1st April 2022.
