NPS members are being asked to complete a short Survey Monkey survey on workloads and pressures. The more members who respond the more accurate our reflection. The more responses we have the more credibility any arguments that emerge will have when we take these to NPS senior managers on members behalf. All members are also asked to respond to the consultation on our proposed professional strategy. This includes members in the FCS, who can help by letting us know their thoughts on ideas in the strategy, such as a license to practice and independent regulator, that already exist in the FCS. The closing date for responses is 5th September. You replies will inform a paper that will then be published for debate at the Napo AGM.
